The design rule checking updates that we released yesterday have already started to affect the quality of the designs in Upverter. Just minutes after the push we found this pair of designs.

As you can see the second design is worlds cleaner and probably more likely to be correct than the first design was. Which is to say its working! Wohoo!
Desgin rules are just one piece of the enormous puzzle that is trying to make it easier and faster to design hardware. And we are working on adding many more features like this to Upverter, and hopefully making your lives as designers better.
